Equity Arc provides musicians with comprehensive support in their journey from student to professional.

Our Fellows

Equity Arc will match BIPOC instrumentalists with mentors and provide a variety of advancement opportunities, to help break down barriers and ensure success in the field.

There are various ways to become an Equity Arc Fellow, including participation in the National Pathways Festival Orchestra or studying in a partner Pathways program.
